Ronald Joseph E. Sinclair is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, man of faith, and respected community leader whose life reflects dedication to family, service, and excellence.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Ronald is the son of Ina and Allan Sinclair. He grew up alongside his sisters, Donna, Yvonne, and Carol, and his brothers, Norman and Neville. In his youth, he relocated to New York, where he built a successful life and career.

Ronald spent many years working in financial services on Wall Street before retiring as a Property Management Executive. Throughout his professional career, he earned the respect of colleagues and friends through his leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

At the center of Ronald’s life is his beloved wife, Sarah Sinclair, and the family they cherish together. He is the loving father of Stacey Sinclair and the proud grandfather of Marshall Joseph Barnes. Family members know that some of his happiest moments are spent surrounded by those he loves most.

A man of strong faith and conviction, Ronald is actively involved in his church in Harlem, New York, where he serves in several leadership positions. His faith has been a guiding force throughout his life and continues to inspire those around him.

Among his many talents, Ronald is known throughout the family as an exceptional cook. He especially enjoys creating meals with his grandson, Marshall, turning time in the kitchen into treasured memories filled with laughter, learning, and love.

Whether discussing economics, project management, travel, finance, philosophy, or religion, Ronald brings wisdom, insight, and humor to every conversation. Family gatherings are often filled with continuous laughter and thoughtful discussion because of his engaging personality, love of learning, and gift for connecting with people.
